How quickly will I hear back?
Within 24 hours, and usually the same working day. Every enquiry is read and answered by the people who manage the houses. There is no call centre in between.
Do you charge agency or finder's fees?
No. We let our rooms directly as the landlord, so there are no finder's fees and no admin charges. You pay your rent and your deposit, and nothing else.
Can I see a room before I commit to anything?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Book an in-person viewing, or a virtual one over WhatsApp if you're moving from further afield. Viewings are by appointment so someone is always there to show you round.
I already rent with you. Is this the right place?
