Sues Rooms is a trading name of StPetersave Limited, a professional HMO landlord and management company based in Southend-on-Sea. Every property we manage is fully licensed, and we take personal responsibility for the quality of every home we provide.
Every room is fully furnished to a consistent standard, every certificate is up to date, and every tenant has a direct line to a real person. We believe that professional management and genuine care are not mutually exclusive.

What “direct from the landlord” actually means.
It is the phrase you will see on nearly every page of this site. Here is what changes because of it.
You deal with the decision-maker
The person who answers your enquiry is the person who decides whether you get the room. Nothing is relayed to an unseen landlord and back.
Repairs go straight to whoever books them
A maintenance ticket lands with the people who hold the contractor list and the budget, not with an intermediary who has to ask first.
The same people, the whole tenancy
From viewing to check-out you deal with the same small team. Nobody hands your tenancy over to a new office halfway through.
The standards are ours to keep
Compliance is not outsourced. The certificates on this page are held by us, and it is our licence at risk if they lapse.

Full HMO licensing
Every property holds a mandatory HMO licence confirming minimum room sizes, fire safety and management standards.
