Our Story
Sues Rooms is a trading name of StPetersave Limited, a professional HMO landlord and management company based in Southend-on-Sea. We manage 57 rooms across three fully licensed properties and take personal responsibility for the quality of every home we provide.
Every room is fully furnished to a consistent standard, every certificate is up to date, and every tenant has a direct line to a real person. We believe that professional management and genuine care are not mutually exclusive.
